After finance minister P Chidambaram revealed Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modis advocacy of coal blocks for state-owned companies, Union coal minister Sriprakash Jaiswal has found ulterior motives in the BJPs demand for cancelling allocation of all the 142 blocks.
