Water logging was reported from parts of Borivli, Kandivli, Jogeshwari, Andheri, Santacruz, Bhandup, Sion, Byculla, Dadar, Worli, Goregaon and Kurla. Suburban train services are running late on the Western Railway, Central Railway and Harbour Line. Expect between 50 and 30 minute delays.
