Mumbai rain update: Reports of water logging across suburban Mumbai. Trains on Western, Central and Harbour are running across approximately 20 minutes to half an hour late. Andheri subway and Milan subway are waterlogged as are the low-lying areas of Parel, Sion, Hindmata, Dadar, Kurla.
