Chennai remains windy, and as with earlier cyclones and storms, curious people are at Marina Beach watching nature have a blast. Rains have also begun in Chennai. Extremely windy in Puducherry as well. So far, there has been no loss of life but reports of 23 trees being uprooted in Mahabalipuram.
