Kejriwal, focussing solely on the RIL, says Mukesh Ambani signed the gas deal during the NDA regime, but it was implemented in the UPA regime. "RIL has kept gas production low to benefit government. Why did the government favour Reliance? Reliance must have filled some ministers pocket'," thunders Kejriwal. "Even the PM was very sympathetic to RIL. And as a result, Reliance has gained more than Rs 1 lakh crore, that the country lost," he says.
