Congress MLA behind disturbance at Kejriwal presser?

Three persons who created a ruckus at the Arvind Kejriwal presser were apprehended by the security personnel and handed over to the police. The miscreants reportedly told the security that they were send by Jagdish Verma, a Congress legislator, to create disturbances at the event.

But no confirmation on these claims.
