Guj HC slams gun-totting MP's behaviour

The Gujarat High Court has slammed Congress MP Vitthal Radadia for this behaviour. A local court two weeks ago, had rejected the anticipatory bail application of the MP who was booked after he brandished a gun at the operators of a toll both for avoiding paying toll.

Additional District and Sessions Court Judge B V Gohil turned down Radadia's plea saying charges against the MP are of serious nature and cited past criminal cases pending against the MP.
