Tariq Anwar: Will perform with full devotion

Senior Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Tariq Anwar (Agriculture & Food Processing Industries minister) said it was a new experience for him and he will try to fulfill his responsibilities well.

"It is a new experience for me. I have worked in the alliance for a long time but it is good and I hope that whatever portfolio is given by our Prime Minister and Congress party chief, I will perform with full devotion after taking (ministerial) responsibility," said Anwar.

Anwar replaces NCP's Agatha Sangma and is only a minister of state, despite his seniority. Obviously shows this is an all out Cong reshuffle.
