Anand Sharma/Salman Khurshid: From Commerce Ministry to External Affairs Ministry. Undecided on who will finally get the ministry, but likely to go to Khurshid, despite his ink-for-blood rant.  

Ghulam Nabi Azad: Fom Health to Petroleum Ministry

Jaipal Reddy: To be shifted to from Petroleum Ministry Human Resources Development Ministry.

Kapil Sibal: Telecom Ministry and Human Resources Development Ministry, likely to retain only telecom. Ministers with dual portfolios will retain only one.

Veerappa Moily: Corporate Affairs Minister and Power. May shed Power. 

Sushil Kumar Shinde was moved to Home Ministry, and will retain the ministry.

NTRs daughter D Purandeswari: Ministry of Commerce portfolio

Harish Rawat: The Congress leader from Uttarakhand who had revolted against the partys decision to not make him Chief Minister in Uttarakhand could be elevated to Health Minister

Kamal Nath: Currently is Urban Development Minister and could be given additional charge of Parliamentary Affairs

Pawan Kumar Bansal: Likely to give up Parliamentary Affairs Ministry and retain Water Resources Ministry. Or... may get rail ministry.

Manish Tewari: May get Ambika Soni's Minister for Information and Broadcasting.

Actor-turned politician Chiranjeevi: Minister for Tourism. Others who could see themselves elevated as minister.
