Manmohan, not Rahul reshuffle; Mamata baiters in

The Prime Minister's first statement post reshuffle. Dr Manmohan Singh says this is probably the last reshuffle, and hopefully the last reshuffle before the 2014 polls. Answering the Rahul question, he says the congress general secretary wants to focus on the party.

Ajay Maken, meanwhile, says he is very happy that he has been given another opportunity to perform at a higher level and thanks the PM, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. Maken has been elevated from MoS (Independent charge) to a full rank cabinet minister. He is likely to be information and broadcasting minister.
