All soothsayers have been proved wrong. All that jazz about a young brigade, about Rahul Gandhi's stamp on the selection, seems to be unfounded. Rahul Gandhi exchanging a quip with vice president Hamid Ansari. Both dissolve into laughter. It's more a Manmohan Singh reshuffle.

Here's the list of who has been sworn in.

Cabinet: K Rahman Khan, Dinshaw Patel, Ajay Maken, Pallam Raju, Ashwani Kumar, Harish Rawat and Chandresh Kumari Katoch.

Minister of State, Independent charge: Manish Tewari and K Chieranjeevi Minister of State: Shashi Tharoor, Kodi Kunil Suresh, Tariq Anwar, K Jayasurya Prakash Reddy, Rani Nara, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhry, A H Khan Chowdhry, S Satyanarayana, Ninong Ering, Deepa Dasmunshi, Porika Balaram Naik, Dr Smt Krupa Ravi Killi and Lalchand Kataria.
