Man who forgot to sign his paper

Porika Naik Balram, who was sworn in today almost forgot to sign his name after being sworn in. He had rushed to greet President Pranab Mukherjee after his oath-taking. He was the man who stumbled his way through the oath taking. An official had to remind him to sign papers. Congressman, represents Mahabubabad in Andhra Pradesh in the Lok Sabha.
