SM Krishna RESIGNS ahead of Cabinet reshuffle

It's confirmed. External Affairs minister SM Krishna has put in his papers ahead of the Cabinet reshuffle on Sunday. There was speculation he would be dropped. He will submit his papers to the Prime Minister over the weekend.
