Omar Abdullah condemns attack on hotel

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today condemned the attack outside a hotel in Srinagar, saying it was aimed at instilling fear among the people and disturbing peace.        

"What was the objective of the attack? They want to instill fear among the people and disturb the peace," Omar said while addressing a gathering.

A bell boy of Hotel Silver Star was killed and two others were injured when militants attacked an army convoy and later entered into the hotel premises in Srinagar on Friday.
