Andhra CM in Delhi to meet Rahul

Delhi political circles are abuzz with the sudden arrival of Andhra Pradesh CM Kiran Kumar Reddy who is in the capital to meet Rahul Gandhi. He is also expected to meet other Congress leaders during his one-day visit. Speculation is rife that there will be a change who is heading Andhra Pradesh next month. AICC source says that Telangana is not the reason why the CM is in Delhi.
