SC lifts tiger tourism ban in core areas

Just in: The Supreme Court has lifted the ban on tiger tourism in core areas of wildlife sanctuaries. The National Tiger Authority had asked the SC to lift the ban, which had been instituted by the environment ministry. Core areas are zones with a high density of tigers.
