Gun-totting MP: Wasn't going to shoot anyone

A police case has been registered against Congress MP Vithal Radadiya.
An unrepentant Radadiya says, "I was never going to shoot anyone. I took the gun for my own protection." The party has also served a disciplinary notice against the MP.
