A labourer whose electricity connection was restored by activist Arvind Kejriwal after it was snapped by private discom BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd for non-payment of electricity bill today paid the outstanding dues of Rs 15,000 to the company.

Kejriwal had restored the electricity connection to the household of Banna Ram, a resident of Tigri Colony in south Delhi, while launching his bijli-paani satyagraha on Saturday to protest 'inflated' power and water bills.
