October 11, 2012  18:57
Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi ended his one-month state-wide yatra that kicked off his election campaign today in Pavagadh.

Here are the highlights of what he said:

Want to ask PM why Gujarat is not treated as part of India.

UPA government needs to be taught a lesson.

Sonia can come here, but Gujarat can't go in corrupt hands.

UK government saw Gujarat's progress, I welcome its decision to send UK envoy here.

Gujarat should have been India's Shanghai and the PM has ignored us.

More details are awaited.
