Firing at liquor baron Ponty Chadha's bungalow

Remember Ponty Chadha, the liquor baron who was recently in the news when the Supreme Court issued a notice to the UP government challenging the allotment of land to his realty project in Noida.

There was a firing at his residence this morning, at around 8.30 am at his bungalow in Moradabad. The firing went on for almost 15 minutes followed by sounds of someone screaming. The police are yet to share details of the incident, but it is believed that family members were inside the house when the firing happened.
