Clinton praises Kazakhstan's non-proliferation record

Praising Kazakhstan's non-proliferation record, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton today said only a few countries can match its experience and credibility on this front.

"We view Kazakhstan as not just a regional presence but a global leader. Certainly when it comes to nonproliferation, there are few countries that can match Kazakhstan's experience and credibility when talking about nonproliferation," Clinton told reporters in a joint press availability with the visiting Kazakh Foreign Minister Yerlan Idrisov.
