Union secretaries are speculating that the Cabinet note on National Investment Board is likely to be circulated on Wednesday evening to central ministers. Several ministries are eager to understand the content and give their protest note to this new proposal, which takes away the powers of these ministers. Also, the government will face legal hurdles in the ongoing cases if the NIB is set up.
