Govt employees look forward to December

A once-in-a-lifetime December. There will be five Saturdays, five Sundays and five Mondays next month, something that happens just once in 824 years.

But that's not what this is about. For Central Government employees, it means holidays for one-third of the month (11 days since besides Saturdays and Sundays, there's Christmas on December 25, a Tuesday).
