We want villagers to take decisions: Kejriwal

Arvind Kejriwal said that the panchayat system implemented in India's villages had become thoroughly corrupt.

"We want villagers to take decisions about the village, not the panchayat," said Kejriwal.

Similarly, at the municipal level, he said all municipal wards should be divided into mohallas or colonies, where members of respective colonies took decisions about their area.
