Manipur highway blockade lifted

The Kuki State Demand Committee has agreed to lift the highway blockade in Manipur after holding talks with Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam.

Gaikhangam assured the committee that the state government will try to initiate political dialogue with Kuki rebel outfits.
