Delhi top cop withdraws plea on CBI boss appointment

Delhi Police Commissioner Neeraj Kumar has withdrawn his petition in the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) from the Tribunal challenging the appointment of Ranjit Sinha as the new CBI chief. Kumar was third in the seniority list.
