Day 2 of Parliament today

Parliament set to begin in less than 15 minutes. The first day yesterday was a washout with both houses adjourned by 2 pm over the SC/ST reservation bill and FDI on retail. Proceedings saw the usual chorus of slogans, and "baith jaiye" from the Speaker.

In the Lok Sabha this is what will be taken up.
