Kamal Nath braces for stormy Parliament session

A correspondent from Delhi reports: Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamal Nath, who has served as a Member of Parliament for seven terms, has witnessed several tense moments in the House.

He has now appealed to the opposition leaders to ensure that the winter session, which starts today, does not end in a wash-out.

"This winter session is a test case for me. Resort to dramas, but debate each issue and let the Parliament function," is his message to the opposition.
