China, America will benefit from FDI in retail: Jaitley

Arun Jaitley said that small traders buy locally, while big chain shop wherever the cheapest product is available. "Obviously China will benefit, where things are low cost and labour is cheap. Shops will be owned by Americans, but the product will be China's and the sales staff will be Indian.
