PM's Japan visit cancelled

Our sources in Delhi tell us that PM Dr Manmohan Singh's visit to Japan has been cancelled, but he will be travelling to Cambodia as planned. The Japan Summit has been cancelled due to internal issues in Tokyo. The trip which was to begin tomorrow was set to see India sign deals for infrastructure projects worth $15 billion.
