Yeddyurappa agrees to talk to Jaitley after Diwali

Senior BJP leader Arun Jaitley, who made a last-ditch attempt to convince disgruntled former Karnataka chief minister BS Yeddyurappa from quitting the party, seems to have made a breakthrough.

The former chief minister is now expected to talk to Jaitley after Diwali. Yeddyurappa has, however, put forth six crucial issues, which will have to be answered by next week.

The second round of talks is expected to take place on November 16 in Bengaluru.
