November 08, 2012  17:18
Abusive words are back to crowd speeches of political leaders as elections approach. Gujarat Pradesh Congress Committee Chief Arjun Modhwadia on today compared Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi with a monkey, reports the Daily Bhaskar.

Reacting to Modi's recent comments at a rally in Junagad, Modhwadiya said monkeys climb on trees and challenge lions to climb as well. Even though lions cannot climb trees, monkeys can never become lions, and will always rule. The state Congress chief alluded to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh as a lion.

The Cong leader also said that a Nobel Prize for telling lies should be constituted and given to Modi. Gujarat assembly elections begin on December 13.
