Moily on oil stain: Audit obligatory for Reliance

First comeback from oil minister Veerappa Moily on the allegations that UPA government had favoured Reliance Industries Ltd by giving contract on gas exploration in KG Basin and concessions at a huge cost to the exchequer. Moily today said that audit is a contractual obligation and Reliance Industries will abide by it.
