I will not be in NEC under Gadkari: Jethmalani

Jethmalani says it is "morally and intellectually inappropriate to be in the NEC till Nitin Gadkari is the party president. I will not be in NEC under Gadkari."

This is the first direct fallout of the scam taint against Nitin Gadkari. The BJP is yet to comment on the issue. Jethmalani is believed to have been very unhappy over the inaction of the BJP against Gadkari.

The letter Jethmalani wrote to the BJP president was released to the media before it reached Gadkari.
