Jaipal Reddy: Will monitor situation for a few days

Jaipal Reddy says he cannot allow the image of oil companies to take a beating and promises that the government will watch the situation for a few days. (So does this mean no rollback soon?).

Addressing the bandh call by allies and the opposition, Reddy says, "All parties need to work together to tackle the the situation."
