US wages cyber war against Al Qaeda

The United States State Department has admitted hacking into the websites of the dreaded Yemen branch of terror outfit Al Qaeda.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said that US is conducting a cyber war against extremist websites.

In a span of 48 hours, American cyber operatives had replaced the Al Qaeda propaganda that was available on the website, said Clinton.
