Pranab: Dip in GDP a matter of concern

On retrospective amendments to tax laws, Pranab Mukherjee says Parliament is omnipotent; there is no confrontation with judiciary on it.

The finance minister says GDP growth on right track, but the dip in GDP is a matter of concern. "Have taken steps to boost growth," he says.

Mukherjee says India's rice production has been recognised worldwide, but storage facilities need to improved so that grains don't rot.
