ND Tiwari paternity: Police to force blood test
May 16, 2012  16:24

Just in: The Delhi High Court has refused ND Tiwari's plea to stay proceedings in the paternity case. The court says the police will help Tiwari bring the blood sample.

The Delhi High Court on Monday had given Tiwari two days to either "gracefully appear" for a DNA test, or be forced to take the test by the Delhi Police. Tiwari, the former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, has already been directed by the high court and the Supreme Court to furnish a blood sample for the DNA test.
