MPs' comments on 60th Parl anniversary to be made into a book

In the Rajya Sabha an announcement is made that members can sign on the register kept in the Central Hall. MPs are encouraged to make comments on the 60th anniversary of the first sitting of Parliament, but the chair says the comments will edited for a book to commemorate the occasion.
