PC on NCTC: Every day we delay it, terror threat rises

Home minister P Chidambaram today said the threat perception of terrorism in the country continues to be high and an institutional mechanism is needed to tackle it. "Given the gravity of the situation, every day we delay NCTC, we increase our risk," said Chidambaram.
