2G: SC to hear Presidential reference

Another Supreme Court ruling that's just come in. The court is to hear the Presidential reference arising out of the 2G judgement on allocation of natural resources from July 10. The Apex court issues notices to all state governments and industry chambers FICCI and CII to represent private industries on the issue and has issued notices to petitioners, CPIL and Subramanian Swamy seeking their response on presidential reference.

Expect a tart tweet from Swamy any time now.
