Pilots not helping by reporting sick: Ajit Singh

Ajit Singh said the pilots are not helping by reporting sick. "It has disrupted flights, people are stranded and being put up in hotels. The management will look at the rules of Air India and decide what action is to be taken. There are many methods to deal with their demands but going on strike is not one of them, he said.

The pilots guild however says the strike is not indefinite and they were ready to join back if the management agreed to two among their 10 demands.
