Clinton meets PM, Sonia; discusses S Asia security

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton today called on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh during which they discussed bilateral, regional and international issues that impinges on Indo-US ties.
Clinton, who is in New Delhi on the last leg of her three-nation Asia trip, met Dr Singh at his Race Course Road residence.
Apart from the security situation in the region, the two are believed to have touched upon Indo-US strategic partnership, which encompasses a whole gamut of key bilateral areas.
Later, Clinton also met with United Progressive Alliance Chairperson Sonia Gandhi.
