More than the usual din in the Lok Sabha today after BJP MP Maneka Gandhi had heated exchanges with Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad alleging massive corruption in granting licences to medical colleges

An angry Azad said, "You can't level wild allegations without any evidence."

Gandhi said crores of rupees were being demanded as bribes by members of the board of governors of the Medical Council of India (MCI).

The BJP has now decided to move a privilege notice against Azad for allegedly giving wrong facts about the health ministry on 15 occasions in the last three years.
