Antony submits report on poll debacle to Sonia

A committee headed by Defence Minister AK Antony -- to find out the reasons behind the Congress' debacle in the assembly polls held earlier this year '" has submitted its report to party president Sonia Gandhi.

The report has recommended strong action against those responsible for the Congress's defeat, said sources.
