The DC, who arrived at the CRPF base in Chintalnar a few minutes ago says, "I would like to thank mediators from both the sides, the state government, my Chief Minister, my Chief Secretary, my seniors, family and friends."

He also said he was willing to continue staying in Sukma if asked by the government to do so.

The visuals on NDTV seem to indicate that Menon has not been harmed.
