NO bail for Nupur Talwar, third night in jail

OK, another night in jail for Nupur Talwar. The Sessions Court has rejected her bail plea for the third time today.

Nupur Talwar is an accused in double murders of her daughter Aarushi and servant Hemraj. She will now be applying for bail to the Allahabad in High Court. The court refused bail saying she may tamper with evidence.

The bail of her husband Rajesh Talwar ends on May 7 and the CBI wants him in custody as well.
