China on Tibetan self-immolations: We mourn them

Sheela Bhatt reporting from the Brics summit says that Chen Xu, director of Asian Affairs, speaking on the issue of Tibet says that both India and China are reaping the benefits of development and talks on border disputes have been smooth.

Talking about the self immolation and death of the Tibetan Jamphel Yeshi in Delhi, he said China mourns the loss of innocent lives.
