Army chief defamation case hearing on April 10

A Delhi court has taken cognizance of Lt Gen (Retd) Tejinder Singh's complaint against army chief VK Singh and three others in the defamation case. Tejinder Singh has accused the army chief of misusing his position. The court has fixed April 10 for pre-summoning of the evidence.

Tejinder Singh on Tuesday refuted allegations that he had offered a bribe to Army Chief V K Singh and said that no conversation related to any purchase or deal took place the last time he had met him. Read the rediff report.
