Sec 144 lifted near Kudankulam N-plant

Rediff.com's Ganesh Nadar reports that Archbishop Peter Fernanado from Madurai has arrived at Prameshwaran near Kudankulam to bring the meeting between the protestors and the government to an end. The government has also withdrawn Sec 144 (Unlawful assembly) in all areas except near the Kudankulam N-plant. The archbishop has now left to meet the anti-Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project struggle committee convener SP Udayakumar
